Whether the werewolves took over or not, it was bound to happen . . .

50 years later after the Lycanthrope Coup and genocide of the human race, werewolves all around the globe face the problem of starvation. With their takeover came an immediate increase in the wolf population as people had more time to reproduce rather than fight off hunters and keep their existence a mere folklore. Along with the fact that werewolves had abnormally large appetites, this fatal problem was bound to happen.

The solution: A series of life or death trials held every year by the Alpha King. 10 randomly selected individuals from all of the 20 packs around the world must compete in these trials in order to survive. Only 5 people will make it home alive.

Alexandra, like everyone else, would rather stay home with her family making more memories rather than fighting for her life by successfully completing a series of grueling challenges, where you only have two options: live till the end or die.

She promised herself she wouldn't let anything distract her from her main goal of getting back home to her parents and her little sister, but what happens when life throws you curve ball after curve ball?
