Or will she let it consume her and ultimately let it destroy her and others along with it?

"Would you like to come in?" I choked. I didn't want to seem rude but at the same time, there was a limit to how nice I would go for this stranger.

He shrugged his shoulders and took a step back from the house.
"I better not." He yawned and rubbed his face to rid himself of sleep. "Once I come in you wont be able to get me out." He laughed.

My hand drew to my mouth like a pulley system. I looked down at my shoes and cleared my throat. "Thank you for walking me home."

"It's no problem, but like I said, the debt is not repaid." Apollo turned around and began to walk away. "See you later kid."

I shuddered at the thought. "Are you going to keep following me?"

Apollo laughed. "Wouldn't you like to know."

"I will get the authorities involved."

He laughed and threw his arm over his head, waving goodbye. "That's what they all say!"
