Set in a dystopian alternate universe where Japan was annihilated via nuclear weapons and reduced to a wasteland during World War 2, the sole sanctuary of Gensokyo faces the threat of inexperienced dictator Flandre after the mysterious disappearance of the city's founder, Remilia. Will Reimu, the young secretary of the threat to the country's sole survivors, be able to reach the truth? Or will it remain forever lost under Flandre's iron grip?

After a nuclear war nearly in 2150 the whole Earth has become uninhabitable for humans. There are some major cities which are still running but have very scarce resources such as food, water and oil. There are tall, thick walls protecting people from the outside world, surrounding the whole city and there is a ceiling, blocking the radiation from seeping in as air is filtered through the roof. The year is now 2205 which is the beginning for Earth to become how it was before. There are a group of people called The Warriors who go out and try to look for resources, facing death daily. A seventeen year old boy tries to steal food for his friend, he gets caught and is sentenced to death. The only way he could get out is if he joined The Warriors to search for a mythical jungle which is rumored to be flourishing in food and water. The journey is going to be very dangerous and death can come at any corner. There are bandit clans, somehow surviving outside of the walls and new types of animals unseen from humans that they didn't know existed. He will meet new friends, make some enemies and will be manipulated to do some really idiotic things, will he survive the journey and become a hero? Confussed and flabbergasted, they introduce each other before procceding... Until, the introductions split them into two groups. After the two groups can't seem to trust each other, they each walk in one direction, hoping for the best. Lost and yet to fully realize the dangers lurking in the forest they find themselves in, they continue to walk carefree. Who are those people? Well... There is a politician, who desires to achieve greatness. A priest, who has a questionable mindset and intends. A military engineer, who is mostly incompetent in the military part but capable in the engineering one. An avarage soldier, who is trying to play the big hero. A simple janitor, who just wants to get back home and last but not least, a man. A man, who did not mention anything about him. Curious. Just what will happen to them? Will they survive past the first day? Will they be able to find the Human Village and settle upon a new life? Or will some of them get power hungry ideas, which might as well cause a new incident like no other? Only time can tell... Note: This is my second story, I have no idea what I am doing and I can say for certain that I will most likely get the character personalities wrong at times.
