If you're one of those weirdos that actually reads the description, basically, (spoilers if you haven't seen Kokichi's love hotel) but in this fan fic, it is the universe of Kokichi's love hotel. Kokichi is a phantom thief, and Saihara is a Detective. Everyone in town knows of the wealthy 16-year-old gentleman named Ouma; he's heard to be charming, host parties often, and he somewhat mysterious, although, no one knows how Kokichi is so wealthy.
