the owner of that farm was his grandfather
not because of bloodline but they treated each other as a family
Jack was worried because the old man stopped sending back a letter for him so he decided to check on him
But soon he finds out that he's already dead
and the mayor of that town says to him that he finds the will and it says that the farm and everything what the old man has are for him
Jack was broken hearted but he is determined to manage the farm
So he decided to live there and as the day passed he met lots of kind people

Astren City, and all surrounding area, have the highest crime rate in the northern part of the country.
