The journal of odd occurences
I have created this journal due to recent occurences. I will record all that I see, hear, and feel. Nevertheless, this will be my only comfort through the coming days. I do not know why these have come to occur, or how. But I am looking to find out.Completa
Overlap
I have a secret that I don't share with most. I've been swept up into something bigger than anything I could ever imagine, and now I'm involved with more than just this one world. Our universe is bigger and more amazing than anyone realizes. Reality is merely subjective; we judge it based on what we experience and perceive, even when others do not share the same experiences. When my life turned upside down, I wasn't trying to fall in love; I wasn't trying to get too involved. When my senses all became shared with somebody else, I learned too much to turn away from it all. Her world, so near yet so far away, is something I can experience through her, our senses combined together, our realities overlapped between two places. It's there when my story started. This is our story. It has a beginning, but not an ending. The things that happened to me over all these years would have messed with most people's heads. I put up with all of it, because I couldn't hold back how I felt for her. Little did I know that love comes with a price. As amazing as it is to hear about someone finding their soulmate, it's something that can just as easily tear a person limb to limb, leaving nothing behind but dust. Romance isn't all about walking away in the sweet sunset; it's messy, complex, and downright terrifying at times. My abilities never made any of this easier.Completa
Show Me
"This world, it isn't like yours. It's more dangerous, but it has things that you would have never dreamed of." "Will you show me?" "I've wanted to show you since I first saw you, but you looked right through me." he chuckled. I gave him a playful shove. "That's not my fault." --------- Cally has lived a fairly normal, happy, oblivious life. She goes to school, has a best friend, and lives in a normal house on the corner of the street. Her friends become concerned for her when she starts spacing out more and more and random times, and becomes completely unresponsive to the outside world. No one guesses that she can't communicate because she's not in her body. Cally is in a different dimension, with a boy known as "The Puller" who pulls things from Earth and adds them to his own world. To people on Earth, it just looks as if Cally is zoned out. But she isn't just lost in the clouds.Completa

INCAPABLE - BOOK I: THE FALLEN
ONCE my mom told me that we, as humans, only fear what we do not know and that that is the sole reason for violence. We do not know what is to come of something, so in retaliation we immediately fight it off before we can ever find out; before we can ever see if there is any beauty in it. My mom is gone now. Along with any sanity we as a people have left. The year is 2193, and the world is at war. We, humans, are at war with each other only because of what we are and what we can do. We fear what we do not know, thus all we know is ignorance. The government, our democracy, our people and our world have fallen. Nothing good ever comes from being afraid of the abnormalities of others, especially when those abnormalities are amazing. The truth is, none of us are normal. Everyone's definition of normality is different, making it humanly impossible for anyone to ever accomplish the craved label of "normal". Then again, everything we have grown capable of was once described as humanly impossible. By those standards none of us are human. Not even me. A U T H O R ' S N O T E : This book is completed and there will be a second book coming out sometime next year, most likely in the summer. Please excuse any grammar issues or misspellings I have. I hope there are not many, but please consider I do all of the editing myself. Also this is a revised edition of Incapable - Book I: The Fallen. I think I have made it much better than the original story I wrote in the summer of this year and posted only a few months ago. I hope you enjoy! Happy reading. Xoxo, Miquéla P.S. I'm more than open to Q & A in the comments section or on my board if you have any questions regarding the book or just in general. :)Completa
The Redemption of Maximus
The world is screwed up place. Everyone in it just wants peace when it isn't promised to nobody. We work for ourselves to try to improve our ways of life only for someone who has more to take it. Everything is about monetary gain and if you don't got the green you better have a way to survive. Help wont come when you need it. There is no home and having shame is a simple thing of the past. We all tell people to have hope. We tell them that if they work hard enough that change will eventually come and with that change they will find their happy ending. I've watched humans kill for that happy ending. I've committed murder when a tyrant thought to torture the only good thing in this world I have ever found in this fucked up place. Even when I tried to save it, I still lost it. Yeah, you heard right. I am no saint. This world is far from cupcake and t ,rainbows and their isn't not one soul that could tell me different. I have had to fight to survive since the day I lii I broke out of an egg into this world. No one has ever known where I came from and from the moment I got here I've never know any kindness. I have always been the odd one out because I was different. I'm not talking different just because the color of my skin. I'm talking different because when I get well and truly pissed I turn into a vicious monster. I'm not talking a kiddie monster like the one that creeps under your bed while you are sleeping or chooses to hide in your closet. I'm the type that you cant get away from. I travel through space and time. If I want you, I will have you. I have the powers of invisibility on my side, and you will never see me coming. There is no one that can catch me because I can poof away at the drop of a hat. If that doesn't scare you than the thousands of scars on my body and my size definitely will. But who cares about that shit anyway. Looks aren't everything. I am Maximus.Completa

New Normal
I learnt the hard way that wanting to be normal is just wishful thinking. More specifically when I found out who my dad really was. Then again, having a child while I was still a kid myself already sealed the deal on being anything but normal. But I was happy, for a moment. Until I was introduced to an entirely new world or worlds that I wish I wasnt apart of but now its impossible to avoid.
The Only
I lost myself somewhere between space and time. I repeated my name over and over, refusing to leave myself behind. But the more I decintigrated, the more of myself I lost, until everything, my name, Timmy's smile, even my parents were forgotten. I found nothing but black space and white silence. The longer I stayed, however, the more vivid the colors became, and then they began to take shape. After what felt like hours, I was myself again, strapped to a chair with Jesse materializing in front of me. I'm Stasey. When the aliens attacked Earth, myself, my best friend Jesse, and my "friend" Timothy may have been the only people to survive. We're on a quest to find other survivors and potentially save our planet, but to do that we have to avoid being shot, eaten, or falling in love. But sometimes things work out differently than we expect, and we have to make the decision: sacrifice ourselves for the ones we love, or the ones we love for the ones we can save.Completa
