Its a decrepit movie theatre, located in a rougher part of town. It was built in 1976. An infamous crime happened 3 years after it as built, that's why it shut down. One evening, a girl, by the name of Kimberly harper, decided to visit. That night she was reported missing, some people say that she died there and her spirit still haunts it to this day.
