Please, try not to hate her. She's just a girl, after all. She's still figuring things out and doesn't understand what love truly means. She's never learned how to love or be loved. It's not entirely her fault. Others should have tried harder to understand her instead of blaming her. They left her feeling abandoned and labeled her as a monster. She was pretending to be normal while being experimented on at home. Her life was different from the day she was born. the parents she knows don't care for her or any of her siblings that were there. So she helped them escape, and stayed behind for a reason unknown. But when high school starts and she has to stay home the first day because of experiments something changes. Her scientific 'parents' want to do a routine test but Shane injects herself accidentally with adrenaline. stupid of her really but her parents inject her with something. this was the last straw for her as the pai became too much for her. when she goes to school the next day she is different. it's noticeable to anyone and especially to the guy that bullies her everyday. what does she do when she see's her bullies girlfriend cheating on him? what will she do when she sees bruises on him? what does she do when she starts to change into a horrible being that only wants one thing?

It was weird to have all of this fire around you and not have it burn or touch your fragile skin. With each match and whisper the fire grew, but yells found my ears.
