Hyper Danganronpa: Despair Mafia Flames

This is a Danganronpa x Katekyo Hitman Reborn crossover. KHR characters are taken into the danganronpa world and experience a killing game. I wanted it to be close to the games so I tried to keep this first person kind of gameplay as the point of view. I'll try to keep it as similar as I can.

Note: Let's say this is a AU were all the participants are going to high school and Lal Mirch is the same age as them k? The canon facts for all the characters (like backsory, relationships etc) do exist and count.
