Peyton has struggled with social life ever since third grade. She's been hurt mentally and physically for her "tomboy" style and her weight. She's hidden her depression all the way up to eighth grade until her dad found out by how she works out every morning and by the way she loses her "tomboy" style by the minute. Her dad decides to move with Peyton and her mom, leaving the dreadful memories. She starts new, she's only made very few bullies during the first two years of high school. She's lost her "tomboy " style, she's lost the extra pounds that made her over-weight. It was all going fine until Peyton's dad died over the summer of tenth grade. Peyton and her mom have two options. 1) Become homeless 2) Move back into the old apartment. The second option meant she has to go to Lakewood high school, the place where her old bullies lurch in. They would be waiting for her arrival. What if they've changed? She knows it is not true, it can only be a dream. In Lakewood high school, dreams do not happen. It is a living nightmare. Will Peyton survive Lakewood high school? Or will she die?
