I am a Queen. I am idolized, loved, respected. I am a ghost of my old self. Now I've summoned them. One, a deadly renegade warrior, the other, a sharp handsome broody warrior who does an assassin's work. Will we perish? Or will we save the world

The three are so different, the three so broken. But if they learn to work together, they might be able to save the world. A war may have brought them together, but an evil will bind them

Nothing left my mouth as I stared at him in shock. He truly believed that I was part of this. The man, who I had lived with and served for months. The man who I had protected with my life and soul. I stood still while, as he backed away from me quickly. "I trusted you with my life." His cry pierced around the empty room. He looked so destroyed and hurt, but mostly his face portrayed rage and determation. "And I protected you with mine." I spoke back loudly. I didn't hear myself say it but I knew I did. I look into his eyes even from our distance they seemed to wallow me in darkness. "I gave you mine." My voice was quiet and cracked. His face changed only for a second before his old one took over again. He doesn't believe me. It doesn't matter what I say or do he won't listen. He will still believe I am the bad guy. Just as Kane said, we will never be equals, we will never be fellow humans. We will always be monsters to them. "Yakov, I am not the bad guy." I plead one last time. His Russian accent comes out harsh with his next words. "Your right," he pauses, "you are the villain." I stumble back as if I had just been stabbed in the chest. It was a horrible feeling. It was never good with the emotions and yet I recognize the feeling as heart beak. I barely breathe in air as I regain my posture. A battle cry from somewhere distracts me momentarily. I suddenly remember Ewan. I glare at Yakov one more time before I take off after the cries of battle. Jade believes she started the war among the human and her kind. Nothing is as it was portrayed. The lies and the truth are hidden among each other. There is is no clear good and evil. How can there be if one does not know what is right and what is wrong. She was prepared to see death, prepared to inflict death upon others without mercy or remose. She was prepared to do her job which the Facility had given her. But now it doesn't seem so simple anymore. Instead she focuses on keeping her friends alive.

"Those who's eyes gleam with power Will wither and will fall, And those who only have eyes for another, Will rise above them all." "As you are well aware, we are at war," council leader Sir Ptolemus Brom announced to the twins in a meeting, only minutes after the coronation. "The public is already concerned about a joint rule, and in their minds you two are innocent children being pulled into a mess of politics; and quite frankly, you are. But we don't have time for that. We need to show them a leader." ----- Seventeen year old twin orphans, Alexandria and Kalyssa Leirin are both the queens of Amaria. It's unheard of. It's unruly. It's completely rash. Yet it works. Their mother died in childbirth, and their father was assassinated by highly skilled warriors from the rival nation of Aidana. An attack masterfully orchestrated by the Aidanian King himself. A self centered and narcissistic ruler who had lived a privileged life. As princesses, the twins had been secretly trained behind their father's, and their country's back, to kill. And now, in a time of sacrifice, war, and a touch of romance, they must use all they've learned to guide them, and to save their falling kingdom. My vision blurred with each passing second. His grip on my chin was strong and painful. "Now answer," he ordered in a husky voice. "You actually thought you could get away from me, didn't you, Rishka?" I turned around, shaking. Sadist was standing there, a creepy smile on his face. No, this wasn't real, I was safe. He chuckled coldly. "You really think you have a soul-mate? Be realistic, no one wants you. A broken wolf, soiled by another one. Who would love such a thing? You're still unable to change to your wolf form. Are you even allowed to be call a werewolf? Come back here and maybe I'll be lenient." No, I have a soul-mate. He loves me. He told me. I believe him. "Don't be stupid. If he exists, where is he? You're all alone here. Nobody is coming to save you." **************** When she was growing up, Lyra only had one dream: to see the stars. Now that she is older, she traded it for another one: to die. Even if she was rescued, was she really saved? Clichés I have broken: √ Main character is special √ Main character's soulmate is the King √ Main character was abused √ Happy ending (Tell me if I forgot something and, damn, I did not expect to be so cliché D: ) Clichés I have NOT broken: √ Main character is rejected by her soulmate √ Main character rejects her soulmate √ Main character gets pregnant √ Main character's soulmate is the "bad boy" or "cruel" type √ "Mine"/ "Mate" he growled. So if you want to read a story without these, you're in the right place! **************** Thanks to Distinctive for the amazing cover! I love it so much (It's my iPod's background) <3 Don't let the number of chapters scare you, they are only about 1000 words each. This is my first story so comments will be much appreciated. Love you all :) Also, if you ever have trouble with the weird names I gave my characters, there is a video of me saying their names in chapter 26. My accent is weird on it, blame that on the fact that I'm French-Canadian :P
