Cassie has lived with congential heart defect her entire life. Her mother lies in the hospital weak and dying of cancer while her father is in jail for selling and taking drugs but never once has she let this get her down. On certain days she feels like she's dying but others she uses dancing as a way of escape, especially ballet. This story is about Cassie giving love a chance, pain worth going through, and finding life worth living.
