(A cover will come eventually. I'm drawing several different things rn.) Ivan Smithson's got a lot on his plate. First off, he's come out as FTM trans to his family, friends, and every random stranger who refers to him as a lady on the street. Second off, his trans-ness doesn't fit the narrative of most trans people that he's seen in media, so he's probably got some explaining to do on why he still feels okay (and just as manly) when he's on stage rehearsing as Gertrude McFuzz in his local theater's production of "Suessical Jr." as he does in a full tux with a top hat. Third, is he's also recently found out that he has the power to manipulate water. Not just being able to splash people in the local pool, but physically summon the moisture from the air around him and spray high-pressure beams of water from his fingertips like some sort of weird death-whale. Okay, perhaps there should be some sort of priority on the death-whale thing, but the rest of his problems are still as valid as that one. My entry into @lgbt 's #WattPride contest/showcase/donation thingy, 'cause a trans-man can be just as much of a hero as Superman.
