Through The Eyes of Mental Illness

These are poems all written by me, I hope that when people read it that the story touches their soul. There will be many poems in here, most of them depressing or even triggering. Please take caution before you read. I hope it will give insight to those who find it hard to understand people with mental illnesses. My goal with these poems is to help others and to eventually get a book published full of my poetry.
