Just a sneak peek of a rewrite to a story I started back in 8th grade. I actually feel inspired to write out the whole thing so let's see where it goes.

Reincarnated as a Broodmother
The Story follows a once human girl named Aira with almost no recollection of the memories of her old life. All she remembers is waking up in a dark space with a deep voice asking her for a wish before she reincarnated into her next life in a different world, a world of Sword and Magic called Krupia with many different races as its residents. "All my life i hated humans. They disgust me. They are the reason for our planets extinction with their stupid wars and foolish actions. Aiming to create a world of wealth and happiness by destroying it in the process... the irony. I can't stand being one of them any longer so i'll become their greatest nightmare and I know just the way to bring them the despair and horror they deserve. I'm no longer Aira. From now on I shall be called Zyra and you have the honor to adress me as your Queen." Follow Zyra in her new life as the Queen of her very own swarm. So pretty much this is over but I will be working on sequel if anyone will be interested in reading it. I just couldn't live with killing them off but I had planned to write a new one anyway but it felt like it wouldn't be the same so I brought them back. Someday - A Short Story
Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story. I hope you'll like it. :D This story will be rarely updated, since I'm busy with school and stuff. So, sorry in advance. ~Just Perfect EDIT: As of 03/29/14 (arranged in this order: dd/mm/yy), this story has deviated from its original "pure romance," into something worth delving deeper into. Quite interesting. And because of this... "something worth delving deeper into," I have decided to continue the story with a PART TWO! Though that will have to wait until after Exile. This is not an Apocalypse
The world is changing, two years ago strange weather, various anomalies and strange creatures started appearing from nowhere all over the world. Some creatures were completely alien and others were familiar looking as if they'd stepped from myth and legend. What many of these creatures had in common however was their aggressive nature and predatory instinct. Things that go bump in the night, that shifting shadow in the dark alley way, the cracking branch right behind you. Nightmarish creatures now stalk the land. Monsters. That isn't the only change in a new world however, humans have also changed. Some unknown phenomenon has granted humanity access to incredible power. The very elements themselves can now be wielded by those willing to risk the dangers. Earth, wind, fire, water, suddenly magic has become possible in a modern world and there are many who are eager to develop and embrace their newfound power and help protect their fellow man from monsters. There are also many who are willing to make a profit from newfound opportunities this changing world provides. Unfortunately for our MC Jack, embracing newfound power and going out to valiantly battle monsters isn't quite as simple as most other people have it. He possesses the rare and not so sought after lightning element, considered the weakest element for certain reasons, pitied and looked down upon Jack is determined to become a successful monster hunter in a more and more dangerous world. A slow burn story with world building, dungeon delving, character progression, Litrpg elements and more. WARNING - The MC is not a Mary Sue, he is not super competent, or super powerful or super intelligent nor a paragon of virtue, just a normal guy in a not so normal situation and him growing to deal with it in his own way.
Connection Lost
Andrea lives a normal life like any typical teenage girl. She finds herself on a walk one day, and stumbles upon a strange anomaly. Dragging her friends into helping her, Andrea finds herself in a world much like her own, but with some vast differences. As she grows up and has her own family, she takes them to go explore it and live there. The discovery of these anomalies is now a bridge which their worlds use, although they aren't aware of how long the connection will last.Complete
