After suffering a cruel childhood, Marie moves to a village in Alaska to isolate herself from her past. What Marie didn't have in mind was to be in a castle working for an odd and mysterious man. He won't show his face to her but that doesn't stop him from contacting her in an old fashion way. But by one frightening experience on her first day working for him she is taken away and locked in a room.Their odd conversations continue although and Marie is soon given freedom to walk around the house but with two costs; one, she can never leave the intimidating house; two, the possibility of falling in love.

*This is going to be a Beauty and the beast AU* Dipper and his sister are well-known for their intelligence and oddness from the folk in gravity falls. These two were different from the rest of the towns folk, that's what made this special. Men are supposed to be good at haunting, strong, and not so smart... Gideon has forgotten about Mabel and fell in love with Dipper two months after this whole thing a hundred times. Gideon will do anything to bring his Dipper back.
