In a world with benders (masters of the elements) and meta-humans (people with acquired super abilities), an organization known as the B.E.A. (Bender Extermination Association) strives to harness all of the world's elements by extracting them from benders. This organization has brought benders to the brink of extinction and someone has to do something about it. Enter Mira, one of the last few remaining water benders on earth and Carter a half water bender half meta-human. They, along with a small group of meta-humans (and potential benders?) will take down the B.E.A. and save the future of benders.
