A long time ago, the world discovered the races of Vampire and Werewolf, coexisting with us Humans. There was heard sightings of other former believeD 'mythical' species; but that's another story entirely. Our continent (to prevent war) was split into three parts. Each section inhabited a single race exclusively; Human, werewolf and Vampire. But some werewolves lived their whole lives not finding their mates, because they were a different race. So to resolve this the Mating Games was founded. The Mating games is a big thing that happens every year, from 18-25 you had to participate. It took place over a span of 5 days. One day settling in, two training, two for the actual race. The race worked like this; humans would line up in front of a huge forest like arena that stretched for miles through different terrain. A whistle would blow and they are to go off running. One hour later the werewolves were let off, allowing them to use their sensitive smell to track their mate. When found the two are to return together. But the Vampires are here too, 25 minutes after the Wolves, they are let out to find and claim a human or wolf as theirs. With consent of course. But age difference became a problem, people would be running years in a row, taking up too much space. The solution was that for one year to start, 18-25 year old humans would have their name ballots in a bowl. Those picked would get to find mates and participate in the Games. Cherryle Rosebirch and her best friend Annebell Lockstone, are now eligible for the Mating Games. Both have their reasons but neither one wants to find their mate, what will happen to them as they hear their names called on that fateful day. Will they have to reject their mates, will they make it out of the games escaping their mates, will they fall to their knees and submit at their mates complexions? Or, possibly could they be in for an eye awakening experience where their lives change, for better or worse. (Under editing)

CAUTION CONTAINS MATURE CONTENT. "Say it, Allison," he said, his voice low as he trapped me against the rough wall. A shiver ran down my spine, his voice pulling at me, the power in it making me want to do anything he asked. I shook my head, afraid my voice might betray me. His teeth lightly grazed my neck causing a sigh to get past my lips. I could feel him smile against my skin. He knew he was going to get what he wanted one way or another. I tried to slip away, but he grabbed my wrists, pinning them down tightly. He pressed his hard body against me. I was aware of every inch of him that was touching me. "Don't think you can just leave. We're not done yet." My stomach tightened at his words, the desire inside burning for him. My damn body at war with my mind yet again. He slid his hand up to the edge of my shorts, slowly working it's way up as his mouth trailed small nips from my neck to my collar bone and lower, stopping only when he reached the fabric. I could feel my resolve weakening as his hand reached its destination. "Say it," he demanded. I moaned, my head tipping back as he moved expertly. I wanted to say it then, I really did. But if I said the words, there was no going back. ***************** Allison Cole has just turned seventeen. Most girls would be excited, but she doesn't see it as anything special.
