Meanwhile, in Switzerland, Angela Ziegler is walking on a tightrope. Though deemed a saviour, her twisted road presents obstacles, ones that will challenge her morals, ethics, and perseverance, and threatens her position as a Hero. 

This story is about the way the youngest Shimada brother and the Swiss Medic become tangled in a web of betrayal, lies, and destruction.
