He planned to throw the universe into chaos and anarchy, his plans were stopped however; but in the end the Imperials ended up losing two of their own. Anaxas, who was sealed away at the edge of the Universe, and Kaos, the Imperial who sealed him. The pair was lost to time. Peace was restored; but only momentarily as now Anaxas's power leaks out into the universe. The worlds are now in danger once more of being consumed by Anaxas's greed.
