They say scientists do anything to test out new theories and experiments. They do anything to reach their goals. They use animals to test those theories and experiments. However, some scientists take it a step further and conduct these experiments on humans, even going so far as to kidnap young children for those so-called experiments.
In the town called Astrovale, many of these experiments take place within secluded facilities located in the suburbs of the town. In these facilities, many patients undergo numerous experiments. Each one is worse than the last. The scientists inject special drugs they create themselves into their patients. Each drug causes many different side-effects in each patient. For one patient, who goes by the name of Storm, the drug grants him special powers. This peeks the interest of many scientists, including the headmaster of the facility himself.
