"C'mon Jaz, please," Ember pleaded with open arms. "Yeah, just kick the football already," Jay had an unusially enthusiastic look on his face. "I don't even get why you both want me to kick the football anyway." Ember gives me a wide eyed glare, "uh because we heard last week you could kick like a goddess and I want to see it for myself," Ember wasn't hesitating and I could tell she wasn't going to take no for an answer. "I can only kick it as well as Jay," I insisted trying to convince keely I was no good- no offense Jay- I don't know why i didn't feel like kicking a football but hey I' having an off day. "Um, I can't kick for shit, did something hit you on the head?" "No Jay, I'm well awear you can't kick a ball," I say it with a certain teasing sound in my voice. I didn't notice at first but I realised Jay was giving me a smug look because of the comment I made. "Fine, but only once," Ember smiles with excitment after realising that i said I would do it. I kick the ball with all my strength and watch as it goes flying across the school field. "wow," a look of awe swiped over Jay's face. The only problem with kicking a football is that it comes down again, and it was coming down near a group of popular kids. "Oh my god," I couldn't believe what I had just done. My life is ruined, "I just hit Mason Mendal in the head with a football."
