Everyone knows Scar as the 'bad guy', she works for the vipers, has tattoos and a lip piercing, carries that aura of a gangster and has done many bad things but no one knows why - save for her best friend Caleb. There are secrets that she hides, pains she has locked up inside her and promises she has to keep. She had never thought that a girl could get involved in her life so much so that she is bound to protect her from the dangers she herself has to purposefully step into, and somewhere between that, she begins to love her. 

When Rose had come back to her Grandma's town, running away from the ghosts of her life in her previous town, she had expected peace and hoped to find love. She never knew she would meet Scar and moreover fall in love with her.
