He was afraid of being bullied and not having anyone to help him through it, until he laid his eyes on a girl. She reminded him of himself. Shy, awkward, and a little quirky. But most of all she was beautiful... he knows he shouldn't think that way about her. I mean, he just met her. But there was something about her that made him be truly himself.
