Juuri, kun minua jahtaavat sotilaat olivat saavuttaa minut.
Minä hyppäsin.
Rikoin lammen hopea silkkipinnan ja vajosin pimeyteen.
Saatoin kuulla sotilaiden huudot, Ennen kuin vesi ympärilläni vaiensi kaiken.
Hiljaisuus.
Suupieleni nousivat hitaasti hymyyn.
Pääsin pakoon.
