Jace Rainer has. At the age of six, her mother died of brain cancer and her father died in a car crash the same day three hours later. She watched both of them die right in front of her.

She was orphaned. She had no living relatives above the age of eighteen. She her only siblings were her twin brother Kasey and her older brother Nick. She was not allowed to communicate with either of her brothers and it was like this for the next twelve years.

Bouncing around from orphanage to orphanage and from adoptive family to adoptive family, she spent the next twelve years getting into trouble and landing a night in jail. She got a record and was labeled as a troubled teen. She had no friends and kept to herself no matter what, but she liked that way.

After being adopted by the Carwinds, she thought it would be the same. Three weeks until she was sent back, if that long. But this family changed everything. At her school she met Asher. The school’s soccer star player and captain. He was not the average jock. He was loved by all and got good grades. The exact opposite of Jace. So why do the two become close friends? What happens when her brothers make another appearance into her life?
