Love, Betrayal, and Destiney

The snow was glistening like millions of twinkling lights falling from the sky that early morning, the morning that everything changed. I was awoken by the horrified screams from my parents streaming from my big sister Abby's room. I untucked my little six year old self from the bed as fast as I could the moment my little feet hit the cold floor I shivered. The house felt cold, way colder than it usually was, and I ran to my sisters room to see what all the screaming was about. Just as I got halfway down the hallway my father yelled at me "stop Eliza don't come any closer." as he held my sobbing mother in his arms, but being the overly curious little six year old I was I didn't listen. When I looked into my sister's room I deeply regret not listening to my father. There in a bloody heep laid my sister on her bed her throat ripped out and a stake through her heart. "Why Abby? She never hurt anyone why her!" my mother screamed. Even at six years old I immediately knew what happened, a hunter had killed my innocent sister. That was the night I decided I would avenge my sister, and all innocently killed hunter's victims. That was the morning of my sixth birthday and would be a day I would forever remember throughout my eternal life as a vampire.
