    After Padmé gave birth to the Skywalker twins, to prevent her from dying, she was frozen in a special carbonite chamber for twelve years to rejuvenate her health. Padmé was awakened by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Bail Organa seven years ago, and decided to join the Rebel Alliance's fight against the Empire. She has become one of the leaders of the Rebel Alliance, but remains in the shadows to protect herself and her children from the Empire and from Darth Vader. But when Padmé and Leia embark on a mission to Tatooine to bring Obi-Wan Kenobi to Alderaan to aid them in their struggle with the Empire, she catches a certain Sith Lord's attention.
