In the year 2080, the world went dark. Dust and pollution consuming the atmosphere, making earth unlivable. 

However humans were one step ahead.

In the depths of the ground lays a huge underground bunker... The Cuniculus. It will keep many safe until the world is safe to live on again.

However no one knows when that is.

Meet curious 17 year old Olympia. A hundred years after the human race retreated to the Cuniculus, no one has yet set foot outside into the new world. 

Next in line to be chief, Olympia will have to make tough decisions in order to keep the peace in the underground tomb. 

But when mysterious coincidences begin to take place, Olympia will have to search for answers in order to save the Cuniculus from the brink of collapse.

This thrilling story depicts a girl uncovering secrets of a doomed society and trying to connect the dots before it all comes crumbling down.

Those that came into contact with the substance became spore-touched: violent, uncaring, every one able to turn into plants hundreds of feet tall and rip apart the world itself. Three months ago, Mya lost her humanity, and with it, everything she knew. Not all at once, but every day is another memory gone, all washed over by new instincts, identities, and wants. In a city slowly being torn apart by the massive vegetation of her new kind, her options either to join their collective, or escape with what remains of herself, her days are spent surviving, and hiding amongst Humans. Humans that will burn her alive the second she's caught. The only thing she has is a water bottle and the goals of her former self, but the likelihood of achieving them in a post-apocalyptic world is bleak enough, and that's if she can still remember them by the end of the week. So when another spore-touched offers to take her to a supposed safe haven, all with the hope that they both can be turned back, she takes it. Not because this new companion seems like the most trustworthy person, not because they can promise to stop her from becoming a monster- She takes it because there's nothing else to choose. A "Choose Your Own Adventure" if you will! It is up to you as the readers to determine the actions of Quinn York. I don't know how this story will turn out, and I'm excited to see what path it takes. Will Quinn be a fearless raider killer or will he become the most horrible human being on the planet? THE READERS WILL DECIDE - HIS FATE IS IN YOUR HANDS!!! **Please comment at the end of the chapter about which action you vote for to make it simpler for all of us. A lot of true facts are embedded in this story which has both true and fictional characters. Who is to be believed is for you to decide. The chapters are many but many are short. Still, it is a full-sized novel with promise for future adventures. Plot: An international crew of scientists board a large state-of -the art oceanographic vessel privately funded by an anonymous source. The itinerary is to travel down the west coast of the Americas and travel the South Pacific to Antarctica. The team plans to visit many known sites of hydrothermal vents using a device called the MAPR, searching vents for a bacterium that seems promising in use as a way to fight carbon dioxide emissions. But one of the two junior scientists on the team soon realizes that secrets are being kept, and makes promises to keep some, while learning that some onboard have entirely different agendas. To complicate matters, this junior scientist's desire for a special friendship grows in intensity, just as mysterious murmurings and strange sightings intensify. And then, the ship experiences a sequence of events that will draw world attention and leave all of us with more questions than answers. "If there is magic on this planet, it is contained in water."
