Far above the Clans, high up in the mountains lies a Tribe behind a cascading waterfall. There, a war is waged, beyond the Clans' control, and a Prey Hunter To-Be, Moon That Watches Stars, finds himself trapped between the claws of peace and war.
Stoneteller says there can be peace between the Tribe and the rogues, but Moon doubts they would ever listen to them. Meanwhile, the battles bring the Tribe down cat by cat, and if the bloodshed doesn't stop, both the Tribe and the rogues will end up dead by each others' claws. What could Moon ever do to ebb the tides of death?
Only the stars could know such things.
