Two years later she was adopted by a nice, caring, and wealthy family, the Huggins. But when her whole world is flipped upside down all over again she will be forced to face Judge Bagwell. A ruthless bully who has no intention of "playing fair".  Will her past be reviled and will she be set free or will she be proven GUILTY.

His breath becomes more stronger and the cold air becomes more prominent. His hand trails up from my wrist up my arm. His fingers goes under my sleeves caressing every inch of my skin. I close my eyes as I let the sensation overwhelm me. Then, out of nowhere, I feel his other hand creep under my shirt. His hand reaches my hip and he massages it. I feel him lowering his face closer to my ear. "I think I already am" is all he replies back with and he kisses my ear. I let out a shaky breath.» ♧︎ Blythe Slater has faced a lot the past two years. She leaves her town and returns a new person, new identity and a new means to life. She's decided to better herself and vowed to never mention her reason to why she had left two years ago. That is a secret that she'll take to her grave. That's until Liam Baxter comes into the picture. Liam is your hazel eyed dream boy. He has the looks, the chat and even the body. But what stinks is his reason to befriend Blythe. He wants to find out her secret for his selfish needs bearing in mind that it may, possibly destroy her. But soon love begins to bloom as these two teens spend their time together and be each others anchors. Blythe's guilt gets in the way of her happiness. So, can she ever forgive herself for what she had done two years ago? Will Liam go through with the plan and ruin her for his needs? In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!

Can they make amends over the misunderstanding that lead to their separation or are they both too hurt to be more than hostile co-parents? Will Trixie be able to overcome the mistakes she's made and her addictions, or will the consequences of her actions bring a new threat into their lives?
