As far as I knew I lived a pretty simple life. I grew up with my grandparents all the way till my senior year of highschool. They both passed shortly after I graduated. I went to college and worked as a barista in the local coffee shop. My life was dull, boring. I wanted something exciting to happen. Something that would take me on an adventure. Little did I know, I would get my wish.

I never thought it would end like this. I always thought I had a home. I always thought I had a family, but as it turns out, my past is darker than the lies they told me and the truth they kept from me.

Two people fall in love in unlikely circumstances. They have a lot of psychological issues and mistrusts in the order of things to prevent them from finding themselves and each other. I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued

As an added bonus to the curse of my strange abilities, I have been hunted all my life. While I couldn't lie outright, I quickly became an expert in deception and staying under the radar. That is, until my past caught up to me one night at a bar and I found myself swept away into a strange new world I never knew existed.

In order to complete her mission, Sadie will encounter sorcery lessons, a blast from the past, and maybe even love. But, the past's fog can be easily cleared. When relationships are tested and Sadie is thrust into the spotlight, can she rise to the challenge and truly be divine?
