Everyone thought that Snake Eyes wore his mask because he didn't trust them. But that wasn't the case at all, Snake Eyes always had it on to ensure that HE didn't find him. If anyone knew who he was their lives would be in danger. There was only a hand full of people that knew of Snake Eyes' identity, that knew his story. Only 3 of those people still live, he can't risk any more innocent lives being taken. But all is about to change, and Snake Eyes' demon, his past, his nightmare, has found him.
