After shadow, silver and sonic stopped mephiles every thing started to back to it normal somehow blaze came back after everyone thought she was dead tails got over what happened to Cosmo and asked cream out  
Silver and blaze stayed with everyone and didn't back to the future  and a new person with black hood appeared. and somehow rouge noticed that shadow was acting strange  and when she asked he didn't answer but after she asked few times he answered her and said it's some thing from his past  .

Amy vows to keep Shadow's condition a secret not only for the safety of Sonic and the gang but for the universe...but if G.U.N finds out the ultimate life form and their top agent as dangerous... it could result in him being held captive, being detained against his will and experimented on as long as possible. Despite the life threatening situation, Shadow and Amy's connection grows closer and closer which ultimately leads to them having an affair which eventually leads them to being together, much to the disdain of not only Sonic, but to the entire group, unfortunately, it later becomes a weakness which will give Mephiles a possible one up against the team Will Amy and the rest of the crew find a cure for Shadow's condition or will he forever be Mephiles' murderous puppet?
