Roxanne is the new girl in town, she moved in a roughed up neighborhood. Friends call her Roxie for short. Roxie is the girl that hangs around bad boys but don't let her age fool you, she might look seventeen but she's actually fourteen.
Roxie and her mother live by themselves in a ratchet house. Roxie's father died years ago in a car crash, and her mother just yells at her because she's such a disappointment.
She's just a broken teen, looking for someone to love until she saw a couple of boys at the movies.
