A virus breaks out in South America. The borders were closed, and all forms of communication were lost, making it impossible to contact the residents inside. 

Izzy Dawson, a surgical intern who specializes in neurology finds her career flipped upside down. Instead of saving people, she has to kill them. Working close with the medical team, they have to find the cure. 

It's in their the blood.
