A man named Duke created a serum called Xenox. If the serum is taken it makes you heal faster and makes you ten times stronger only issue is that you crave blood and lose your mind they are called Hellions. A special group from the FBI has taken the case to find and kill Duke and his creatures.

When twins Skylar and Jake were born, their scientist parents used them as an experiment. Each was injected with a dose of serum that would supposedly make them much stronger, smarter, simply better than other kids. But somebody added a chemical that changed the effects of the serum. As a result each twin got only half of the traits they were originally supposed to get. Skylar got the strength and speed while Jake got the brains.
