Nobody wants to be an outcast, but what happens when a population boom results in a twin earth controlled by an all-powerful absolute monarchy, and five teens find themselves cast away from society? Here in the tunnels where the outcasts live, life is already tough. When a villainous group of persuasive young public figures makes secret plans to overpower the already screwed up government during one of the biggest business meetings in 10 years time, life for these teens gets a lot tougher. Now, it's time for them to put the powers most would be ashamed of to the test, and once and for all show those villains who's really running things on Earth Two. Can five teens really hold up against the almighty Wrathforce, or will these Pinta-Pariahs be subject to life underground forever?
