Jessie, Ava, and Micah have all been friends for a very long time. But they all have wondered this question for longer. " Where does the sun go at night?" Now, you may be thinking that " oh, they should already know where it goes. It really.. blah.. blah.. science nonsense... blah". But REALLY, why does it leave us? On the girls' thirteenth birthday ( they all share the same birthday), the gang doesn't know about the day that they will never forget. They want to follow it when it leaves.
