The Gravity Falls Asylum is known for holding the most dangerously insane criminals. Since it opened in 1912, not a soul has escaped.
Currently, it's holding 12 of the world's most lethal psychopaths. One of them being the infamous mafia leader, Bill Cipher, who the freshly graduated Dipper Pines is dying to get inside his head. Though it may just be the other way around.
