Sometimes if we are not that vocal to let out the thoughts that bothering us its better to write it down. Filing it in your head will make you insane. It's way better to confide it in a piece of paper if you are uncomfortable sharing it with someone. It will somehow lighten the burden you are carrying. That's what I know. I've been there. And sometimes I still got there but I finally had a way out from it.

Society tells us be ourselves. When we are society judges. If we dare share what's on our mind we get judged even by our friends, some people keep it in just like I do. Some of the worst things happen mentally, and physically. When it comes time to show our emotions we can't because we worry people will think about us. Will they think we are lying, or being fake just to get attention?Complete

Have you ever had your own journal? One that you either are required to have or just have to get your thoughts out... I do, and it's for when I go to therapy. It was supposed to help soothe me and give me something to talk of when I visited my therapist. Coming from me it means a lot of writing of bad things, sometimes the bad things are all I think about and I write in it every day. It would be horrible if someone read it outside the circle of me and my therapist. I trusted her and that was it, no one else was a loud in. Sometimes I thought of someone who I would let read it but he would never pay attention to me, I was a nobody; in his world.Complete
Letter's i will never send
I was always told that if i was having a problem, unless it seriously effected me to keep it to myself. A series of letter written by me to the people i would want to send these letters to but will probably never ever send them. A peak in through the window that is my life. The Words I couldn't Say
This is a place for me to put all the things I wish I said but I just couldn't. These are a way for me to "say" these things without actually saying them to the person I want to. I probably won't ever go back or read any of these because it's like revisiting a bad memory so don't expect much in terms of editing. Also I wouldn't consider this poetry but it is laid out that way. WARNING Talk of depression, suicide, anxiety, and self harm. Don't read if you don't like things like that and may get triggered. Story Ideas I dropped and are working on.
I most love writing and have dropped a few story's I thought where good ideas. So I decided to toss out these Idea and get some feed back about them. And if you want to take a shot at these story's be my guest. Just give me some credit. I'll also put down story's I'm working talking about characters and how I came up with it. These story's I recommend you don't copy or take ideas from them considered I'm working on them.

This is a book of poetry. Basically my emotions unleashed through words. That is how I see poetry. Sometimes what we think about and processes in our head is to much. Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head.
