Jackson King is new in town. Enrolled in a new school, he'll have to make new friends and keep himself from becoming infected with the idioti of other people. Not an easy task - but then again, Jackson isn't like other kids. 
In a world where anyone can posses powers, Jackson uses his for his own benefit. 
Because, you see, Jackson is a supervillain. 

Fitting in when new is never easy. If you're to add being a supervillain, dealing with high school and fighting of arrogant super-people to that, you'll most likely piss your spandex fabricated pants before even getting your first detention.
