Charles Sharron is the son of a poor family in Scottland. At the age of 18 he found out that he could use telepathy, after going through a test run by the government and was thus sent to the International Academy for Supernatural Powers and Abilities, short IASPA, in Hungary. There he meets many other people like him, among others the third son of the prestigious chinese Xiao family, Xiao Lan Chen. But life is not peacefull outside the academy, as other supernatural power users start to disappear. As such things happen more and more frequently, a team is sent out to uncover the truth behind the disappearances. Among which are Charly and Xiao Lan Chen.
