Before the Hunger Games, Panama's citizens had there first uprising against the capital. Here, we find the untold story of the girl of ice.


Panama is at war with the neighboring country across the sea called Sameina. While many people have lost family and friends, Aora and her best friend Jamie, who live in district 13 creating nuclear weapons for the war, have been quite unaffected. They themselves are trying to help their already poor family's, but the odds do not seem in their favor. When Jamie's father and Aora's younger brother are drafted into the war life changes for not only Jamie and Aora but for the whole country of Panama. As Aora's life is thrown into this chaotic blizzard, she will need to rise up, not just for her family, against the capital becoming the iconic girl of ice.
