i placed my hand on his cheek and gently rubbed it with my callused thumb.
"Aspen. i swear on my life that i won't leave you until the sun absorbs Mercury," I responded, letting a small smile slip over my face as I heard his amazing laugh.
Together, him and I. It sounded perfect.
It was 11:48pm when Nicolas Trinston received a phone call from the hospital to spread the bad news that his "friend" Jacob Yukon had passed away. With his best friend now ignoring him, failing grades, and a family shoved into a home of discord, Nico doesn't understand why he deserved all this pain.
