Charlie Oscar Marron, otherwise known as Hel Soldat, has been on the run since his sparring partner, who probably doesn't remember him, started destroying Hydra.
Now he wasn't saying that was a bad thing, but it was kinda annoying when Hydra thought you were helping your old partner so they put you in the chair. He still doesn't know how he was functioning enough to get out when Winter blew the place up.
As soon as Bucky remembered the other Winter Soldiers and what happened, he also remembers what appeared to be a kid lurking in the shadows, protecting one of the scientists. The more he remembers the more he sees the kid. But he doesn't remember his name, nor what his face looks like, only that he, was a he, and that he was really young. But how the heck is he supposed to find a kid he doesn't even know?
Maybe he doesn't have to.
