Kate was a quiet child, never made a fuss when she was discontent and never expressed anger when things didn't go her way. She was a child who found it difficult to express herself and the emotions she kept bottled up.

She found solace in the anime she watched and the games she played. 

There was one particular game that she loved, it was an Otome game called, 'When Flowers Bloom.' 

One day after an unfortunate accident, she found herself reincarnated as the twin sister of the villaness in that otome game. She was given a chance to live her second life, in the game she loved more than she loved herself.
