The Game We Chose To Play
Bond like any other teen, enjoys playing games. Things take a turn for the worst, however, when a game becomes all too real and terrifying. Now, he and his classmates are working to stay alive and escape their captor. ~ ~ ~ "We put ourselves into this mess. Everything we did leading up to our disappearances gave him the ability to find us. Before and after the game truly began, we determined our own fates. This was the game we chose to play." This story contains mature themes. There is strong language, sexual content, hints at assault, grooming, kidnapping, and death. I do not expect everyone to enjoy this story, I am simply writing it as a sort of homage to any missing people and know that this is one of the darkest stories I have ever written. Hybrid: The Awakening
Nobody expects something supernatural to happen to them. Those kind of things only happened in comics. Fairy Tales. I never believed it would end like this. I was just watching Netflix when the power went out, then before I knew it everyone was screaming, then the school began to shake and fell to the ground. Only three kids in my entire school were spared, four if you count me. I found a group of people heading to the east coast for a boat trip to a supposed safe haven in India.
