There was another trouble, the Undead. They were released from their seal by a team of archeologists who wanted to find the secret of eternal life. Now, a new Battle Fight has begun. The group of archeologists known as BOARD, which stands for the "Board of Archeological Research Department," had chosen two people to become Kamen Riders to hunt these Undead and seal them again.
