Universe travelers

A group of friends, a VERY special group of friends. This group of six go from universe to universe, solving the problems with those universes along the way, while they try to find the six pieces of the Travelers gem. If they find the pieces, they can put them together and watch travel back to their own dimensions. This all started when Lunar, the most evil force in the universe, learned that these six kids had something different about them. Powers. Powers that when combined could defeated him. So he sent them away from their home planet. But, there is a portal in every universe. The kids just need to find it to get to the next, while looking for the pieces they call 'shards '. When they find them, they just know they will be able to get back home. But what happens if THEY don't know they have power, until much much later. Will they be able to control them? Will they stay together? Will they even survive?
